NOTICE UNDER THE GOVERNMENT DECREE 196/2003 SAFEGUARD OF
PRIVACY
Wind Jet handles all Client data in observation of the Legislative Decree of
June 30 2003 n 196, regarding the "Code on the protection of personal data ",
which regulates the subject in Italy according to EU Directives.
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence
or non existence of personal information which regard him/her, even if this
information has not yet been recorded, and to receive communication of this
information in an intelligible form.
2. The interested party also has the right to obtain clarification:
a) on the origin of the personal information;
b) on the aims and terms of data treatment;
c) on the logic applied in case of treatment with the aid of electronic
instruments;
d) on the personal information of the owner, manager and the designated person
responsible for data treatment according to the above mentioned article, comma
2;
e) on the subjects and categories of subjects to whom the personal information
may be communicated or who may come to know of it as designated representative
in the state territory of managers or employees.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) the update, correction or, if he desires, the integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, or the block of data
treated in violation of the law, including that data which does not need to be
preserved in relation to the aims for which is was collected or treated;
c) written confirmation that the operations mentioned under letters a) and b)
have been brought to knowledge, also with regards to content, to those to whom
the data has been communicated or disclosed, except in cases in which such an
action is impossible or requires an un-proportioned employment of means
compared to the right being safeguarded.
4. The interested party has the right to object, totally or partially
a) for legitimate reasons to the treatment of personal information regarding
him or her, even if it is pertinent to the aim it is being required for;
b) to the treatment of information regarding him or her aimed at sending
advertising material, direct sale material, for market research or commercial
communications.
