Please note that it will possible to change the bookings only if the bought ticket belongs to the FLEX category. In this case, you will be able to require a change concerning date, flight or route. As for the change of the name, the penalty applied will account for 40.00 Euro per changed name of the same ticket; the penalty applied to change the date, the leg and the flight will account for 30.00 euro per change requested.
Should the cost for the bought flight be lower than the cost for the new flight, you will be required to pay, in addition to the above mentioned surcharge, the difference between the price originally paid and the lowest Flex fare available at the moment of the change, if applicable.

Should the new bought fare be lower than the one originally paid, no refund will be provided.

National routes can be only replaced by other national routes. International routes can only be replaced by other international routes. In any case, changes are allowed for FLEX tickets only.

In case of booking with more than one passenger, if the change is required only for one or for a part of them, you should contact the call centre at 89.2020.

Tickets belonging to the BEST category do not entitle to any change.
